AlphaBravoMarine3D is the online store and 3D-printing division operated by Antoine Barbara, trading as AlphaBravo Marine and AlphaBravoMarine3D, in Malta.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.

Custom, personalised or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. Where applicable, we will communicate the expected timeframe to you.

Please note that processing times do not include delivery or transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the products in your order.

United States

Shipping to the United States is currently unavailable due to customs-related restrictions affecting shipments from Malta.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will update our website if shipping to the United States becomes available again.

3. Delivery and Tracking

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service selected or available at checkout.

Orders are normally shipped from Malta using MaltaPost Registered Mail or another tracked shipping service, depending on the destination and the available shipping option.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Postal or courier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Import procedures
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Other events outside our reasonable control

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the applicable shipping service.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over €90, as indicated on our website.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, the destination country may impose customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges.

Where such charges are imposed by the destination country, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can legally be imported into their country.

6. Delivery Problems

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the package and/or product so that we can investigate the issue.

We will review the matter and work with you to determine the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.
