2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and specifications are accurate.
Because our products are manufactured using 3D printing, minor variations in surface finish, layer lines, texture and colour may occur. These variations are a normal characteristic of additive manufacturing and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Product specifications may be updated where necessary to improve the product or manufacturing process.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Some products may be manufactured specifically according to a customer's measurements, requirements, design or specifications.
Custom products may include, for example:
- Replacement parts designed from customer measurements
- Custom brackets or mounts
- Modified existing designs
- Parts produced to customer-supplied dimensions
- Personalised products
- Obsolete components recreated or redesigned specifically for a customer
Before manufacturing a custom component, we may request photographs, measurements, drawings, existing parts or other information from the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements, specifications and other information supplied to us are accurate.
Where a product is manufactured specifically to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by applicable consumer law.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, defective or non-conforming goods.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when we confirm the order and/or begin processing it.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where, for example:
- A product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or listing error
- Information supplied by the customer is incomplete or incorrect
- We are unable to fulfil the order
- There is a suspected fraudulent transaction
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
5. Custom Orders
For custom projects, we may provide a quotation before manufacturing begins.
A quotation may be based on the information, measurements and requirements supplied by the customer.
Custom work will only proceed once the customer has approved the quotation and any required payment has been received.
Where a custom product is being produced from customer-supplied measurements or specifications, the customer is responsible for confirming those details before production begins.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices include applicable taxes where indicated on the product or checkout page.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is manufactured or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
Shipping availability, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Import procedures

- Delays outside our reasonable control
Where applicable, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

8. Delivery Problems
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs and details of the issue.
We will investigate the matter and work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have regarding goods that are faulty, damaged, defective or not as described.
9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For eligible consumer purchases made online, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the goods are received, without having to provide a reason. Certain statutory exceptions apply, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period and return the goods in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.
The customer may be responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
10. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
If a product is faulty, defective, damaged, does not match its description or does not conform to the contract, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
11. Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their intended application.
For marine replacement parts, we recommend checking dimensions, compatibility and installation requirements before ordering.
Where a product is intended to replace an existing component, customers should verify compatibility with their particular vessel, equipment or installation.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, AlphaBravoMarine3D does not represent that a product is compatible with every model or installation.
For custom parts, we may request additional information before accepting an order.
