Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@alphabravo.mt with your order number before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items Many of our products are custom 3D-printed to order (such as made-to-measure bow thruster propellers). These items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fee A 5% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@alphabravo.mt if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@alphabravo.mt.
